after two lessons... i am getting better. it is like a bicycle... but not. it is dancing with the wind. and even on a day when i was sad... all melts a way because i focus on the moment... and the force of my partner. the dance. the moving of the hips... and the sway of the rhythm... it is enough to literally lift your spirits... and your body. tomorrow i get into the water... stage three. xoxoxo. let the wind blow.
